The Data & Digital Content Analyst supports the Director of Technology and Analytics and the OCL Technology team in data reporting and analysis. The incumbent also supports content management and efforts to increase technology accessibility.

Essential Functions

  1. Report Generation and Data Preparation: Queries data and prepares reports at the request of the supervisor. Manages a schedule of regular reports and data tasks. Researches and incorporates external data sources into existing datasets.
  2. Data Analysis: Conducts regular data and file audits, ensuring rigorous quality control over data used in reporting. Will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of data sets.
  3. Digital Content Support: Supports Web and Student Systems Manager with reviewing and editing webpages within a CMS for departments across the Office of Campus Life (OCL). Support Web and Student Systems Manager with reviewing and remediating digital content for accessibility. Draft technology communications and guides for end users.

Salary Range

  • Commensurate with experience

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Analytics, or similar program
  • Familiarity with reporting or data analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, STATA, SPSS, R or a similar data tool.
  • Interpersonal communication skills
