Summary/Objective

This position is responsible for the strategic planning, goal setting, professional staff supervision, and day-to-day operations of the Employer Relations Team which include: student, alumni, faculty, and employer development outreach; employer services, including job and internship listings, fairs, and on-campus interviews; off-campus student employment; and post-graduation outcomes data collection.

  • 35-Exempt
  • Project Leader/Advisor A

Salary Range

  • Commensurate with experience

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in employer outreach or related experience

  • Highly organized and outcomes orientation

  • Excellent communication skills, team player, high level of technology awareness, especially as it pertains to the career field

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience in an academic setting
  • Experience in an area related to career development
