Summary/Objective

This position provides general administrative and project support to the Director of Student Activities, and financial administration for student fee-funded organizations. The position has responsibility for customer service oversight and reception area student personnel; processing financial requests, payments, reconciling university charge cards and maintaining records for the collective administrative budgets for Student Activities and a cohort of student organizations. The position provides administrative support, processing staff travel and managing incoming visitors, as well as assisting with marketing initiatives. The position may occasionally call for work outside of regular office operating hours.

  • $38,220 - $40,040

Required Education and Experience

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Supervisory experience
