The Head Men’s Soccer Coach is responsible for directing and managing all phases of the men’s soccer program within rules established by the NCAA.  This position works under general supervision.

Work Environment

  • Head Men’s Coach supervises two full-time assistant coaches and one volunteer coach

  • Also is responsible for the success and welfare of 25-35 undergraduate student-athletes

  • Travel locally, regionally and nationally for competition and potentially internationally for recruiting

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

  • 35-Exempt
  • Project Leader/Advisor A

Salary Range

  • Commensurate with experience

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge and success in coaching at the collegiate or professional level

  • The ability to work within NCAA and Patriot League regulations

  • Ability to work successfully with male college student-athletes

  • Strong technical, organizational and interpersonal skills

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Master's degree or equivalent

  • USSF and/or NSCAA coaching licenses
