Essential Functions

Application Processing – Support Graduate Enrollment Management (GEM) team for application processing. Manually check documents before final submission to departments. Assist applicants with accessing reactivated accounts. Follow up with applicants regarding missing/corrupted recommendation letters.
Applicant Support – Assist with applicant/prospect email communications. Help craft one-off messaging to targeted prospect pools. Connect applicants with appropriate resources or department. Send and manage waiver forms: Application Fee, English Language Proficiency
Campus Visits and Scheduling – Assist with managing the team’s Campus Visit Program using YouCanBookMe. Lead on-campus tours upon visitor request. Serve as front-line office support for walk-ins.
Events – Work with restaurants and event spaces for off-campus events both locally and nationally. Assist in crafting and distributing event-related messaging. Coordinate registration lists and RSVP packets. Create nametags and other event materials as needed.
General Communication – Compile agenda for meetings. Monitor website resources for assigned pages and online tools. Compile information from departments as needed. Assist with minor editing. Collect data from departments for online communication and resources. Provide general communications support to GEM team as necessary.

  • 25 hours per week

Salary Range

  • $16.10
