Part-time Gift Specialist

Summary/Objective

This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing and reporting of WAMU Individual Giving financial data.  In addition, this position assists with system set-up and training for the Individual Giving staff.  The gifts specialist organizes and prepares incoming mail for data entry into the donor database. The position works with other staff members to collect required information for data entry and the processing of gift receipts and acknowledgement letters. The individual assists with the training of staff’s understanding of information required to process financial data. The position works closely with the \Assistant Director of Membership and the Business Administration department.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

  • 27 hours a week

Salary Range

  • $22.00 - $23.00/hr

Required Education and Experience

  • Associate's degree or equivalent 

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
