Summary/Objective
Essential Functions
-
Draft biweekly newsletters for three SIS graduate program.

Design event promotional materials.
-
Assist with event logistics such as maintaining registration list, creating event webpage, and/or running technology for virtual events.

Research and compile relevant professional development and employment opportunities for program students.
-
As applicable, use social media to promote events and programs.
-
As applicable, assist with marketing campaigns and website maintenance.

Other duties as determined by the Program Team.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

5 to 10 hours per week.
-
80-100% remote work.

May require occasional evening in-person or virtual event attendance.
Required Education and Experience
-
High School Diploma or equivalent.
-
Strong written communication skills.
-
Excellent time management skills.
-
Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks.
Preferred Education and Experience
-
Graphic design skills are a plus.
-
Experience with Canva, MailChimp, and Eventbrite are strongly preferred.

Commitment to develop accessible materials for diverse graduate student body.
